FileZilla Review
FileZilla is a FTP client that has quite a bit of power to it. It is relatively fast, easy to use, and best of all, it’s free. It supports multiple FTP accounts, and allows you to connect to them with just 2 clicks. It can save your account information, such as user name, password, and what ports you are connecting to. If you want more power, you even have the option of writing raw FTP commands that will be executed on the server. As for speed, it seems fast, uploading files at the speeds one would expect based on their connection. If the connection is dropped while something is uploading, the program will pause, attempt to reconnect, and then continue uploading. This feature is quite useful, and makes it easier to let the program run unattended. All in all, FileZilla is a great program, and is highly recommended to anyone who wants a freeware FTP client.
