Fear Combat and SoftTH
Fear Combat is a great free mutliplayer shooter. It also works VERY nicely with SoftTH. With SoftTH enabled, you will end up with approximately a 180 degree field of view, which is pretty impressive.
Framerates with a GeForce 7900GS primary and a Geforce 7300 Secondary were decent. Best results were achieved with the resolution set to 3072x768. 3840x1024 worked ok, but was a bit more jerky
Setup Instructions
Setting up SoftTH with Fear Combat is quite simple.
All you need to do is copy the d3d8.dll, d3d9.dll, and softh.cfg files to the root directory of the FearCombat folder. Then just run the FEAR Combat Configuration Utility (it's in the FearCombat folder in the Start Menu). Under displays, select the "[name of graphics card] with SoftTH [version number]" . Then all you need to do is pick a resolution from the Resolutions list.
